WARRANTY COVERAGE<\/strong><\/p><p>Robot Pu (the \u201cProduct\u201d) is covered by&nbsp;a limited warranty provided by Robot&nbsp;Gyms Inc. (\u201cthe Company\u201d). This warranty&nbsp;covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period&nbsp;of one (1) month from the date of purchase (\u201cWarranty Period\u201d).<\/p><p class=\"has-accent-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-bb136e48ed3f4ca533912860ca6e5349\"><br><strong>2. WARRANTY SERVICE<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2.1 Eligibility<\/strong> To be eligible for warranty service, the&nbsp;original purchaser must provide proof of&nbsp;purchase and must have registered the&nbsp;Product within 30 days of purchase.<\/p><p><strong>2.2 Coverage<\/strong><\/p><p>During the Warranty Period, the Company&nbsp;will repair or replace, at its discretion, any&nbsp;defective Product or parts free of charge. The Company reserves the right to use&nbsp;new or refurbished parts or products for&nbsp;replacements.<\/p><p><strong>2.3 Exclusions<\/strong><\/p><p>This warranty does not cover:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Damage caused by accident, misuse,&nbsp;abuse, or neglect.<\/li>\n\n<li>Damage caused by modifications or&nbsp;unauthorized repair.<\/li>\n\n<li>Normal wear and tear.<\/li>\n\n<li>Cosmetic damage, including but not&nbsp;limited to scratches, dents, and broken&nbsp;plastic.<\/li>\n\n<li>Damage caused by external factors,&nbsp;such as floods, fires, earthquakes, and&nbsp;other acts of nature.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"has-accent-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8b0c04784121cb2207dd562cb9af1880\"><br><strong>3. PRODUCT REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p><p>To activate your warranty, you must register&nbsp;your product within 30 days of purchase.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Scan the QR Code: Open the head&nbsp;cover of your Robot Pu and scan the&nbsp;registration QR code.<\/li>\n\n<li>Enter the Serial Number: The serial&nbsp;number is located underneath the&nbsp;QR code. Enter it on the registration&nbsp;webpage and follow the instructions to&nbsp;complete the process.<\/li><\/ul><style><\/style><div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><p class=\"has-accent-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7190d69037ae5c0fbe3bede4686999c2\"><strong>4. HOW TO OBTAIN&nbsp;WARRANTY SERVICE<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4.1 Contacting Support<\/strong><\/p><p>To obtain warranty service, the original\u00a0purchaser must contact the Company\u2019s\u00a0customer support at support@robotgyms.com. The customer support team\u00a0will provide instructions for returning\u00a0the Product.<\/p><p><strong>4.2 Shipping<\/strong><\/p><p>The customer is responsible for shipping&nbsp;the Product to the Company. The Company will cover the cost of return shipping for&nbsp;repaired or replaced Products.<\/p><p class=\"has-accent-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4054f962e0c2ccde4519e2b87e1d8ae1\"><br><strong>5. LIMITATIONS &amp; DISCLAIMERS<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>5.1 Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p><p>To the extent permitted by law, the&nbsp;Company shall not be liable for any&nbsp;indirect, incidental, or consequential&nbsp;damages arising from the use of the&nbsp;Product, including but not limited to loss&nbsp;of use, loss of data, and loss of profits.<\/p><p><strong>5.2 Implied Warranties<\/strong><\/p><p>This warranty is in lieu of all other&nbsp;warranties, express or implied, including&nbsp;any implied warranties of merchantability&nbsp;or fitness for a particular purpose. Some&nbsp;jurisdictions do not allow limitations&nbsp;on how long an implied warranty lasts,&nbsp;so the above limitation may not apply&nbsp;to you.<\/p><p><strong>5.3 Governing Law<\/strong><\/p><p>This warranty shall be governed by and&nbsp;construed in accordance with the laws&nbsp;of California, USA, without regard to its&nbsp;conflict of law principles.<\/p><style><\/style><div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div><p class=\"has-accent-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cdf9a2a087e349f8eff62c1491fa738a\"><strong>6.
