Afternoon: FTC DECODE Scrimmage

• 12:00–12:20 — Driver meeting & alliance warm-up
• 12:20–02:20 — Qualification matches
• 02:20–02:40 — Maintenance window & tuning
• 02:40–03:30 — Elimination rounds
• 03:30–03:45 — Showcase awards & recognitions
• 03:45–04:00 — Closing circle & teardown
